ABOUT ME

Hi I’m Allison Crystal Schmidhofer with AllisonCrystal Coaching. I coach creative business owners find the right path forward in their businesses. As someone who has spent the past 15 years successfully running several multi-million dollar businesses, I can appreciate all the hard work that goes into even a sliver of that success. I also know how overwhelming it can all be. You do not have to do it alone. I’m here to help you manage your time, energy, product, people and systems methodically and intentionally. Imagine how much your business could grow if every decision you made was done intentionally with a targeted strategy. 

While formally I’ve been coaching since 2021, I have been coaching employees since 2009. In fact, it was my tendency to learn more about my employees on a deeper level that lead me to coaching, and ultimately lead those businesses to success. I’ve had the pleasure of working with all walks of life from all different backgrounds, I find each and every individual I meet to be special and unique in their own interesting way. I truly thrive on diversity and curiosity.
